CN Reporting on the Death of the Wuhan Whistleblower
Beijing hosts the 2022 Winter Olympics at their Bird’s Nest Arena, which they built and used for the 2008 Summer Olympics.
Olympics hosted twice in the same city, Beijing) in 14 years.
For comparison, the cities that have hosted the games most are London, Paris, and Los Angeles, all having hosted 3 times between the games founding at the turn of the 19th century.
Usually it takes even the most major countries two decades to get the Olympics to come through, and even then they do it in different cities. The US for example has hosted in LA, Salt Lake City, Lake Placid, Squaw Valley, and St. Louis.
Why is China hosting again so soon, in the same city, at the same arena?
The Communist Party of China is known on the global stage to be involved in several activities that make Stalin and Hitler look like has-beens.
Forced encampment, sterilization, and genocidal purging of their own citizens (Ugygurs).
Helping to create and leak a manufactured virus that has been used by every governmental agency on earth to enact dramatic overreach and totalitarianism.
Rapid and unprecedented industrialization founded by fervent nationalism
Manufacturing dominance, emerging market, global investment
When Olympic hosts tend to get clustered together…

“Get Away From Her You Communist!”
New Alien TV Series Will Be Class Warfare With Xenomorphs
“Eat the rich? That’s not a bad premise for a new iteration of Alien—but most of the time, the series about hyper-predatory extraterrestrials has focused on working-class heroes. Whether it’s David Fincher’s prison colony in the third film, or the mercenaries of 1997’s fourth movie from director Jean-Pierre Jeunet, it’s always the workers and the underclass facing the acidic wrath of the creatures. Maybe there’s a capitalism metaphor inherent in the series.
Now a new FX TV series based on the franchise is in the works from Fargo showrunner Noah Hawley—who says it’s about time for the facehuggers and xenomorphs to sink their claws into the white-collar executives who have been responsible for sending so many employees to their doom.”
Noah Hawley: “What’s next for me, it looks like, is [an] Alien series for FX, taking on that franchise and those amazing films by Ridley Scott and James Cameron and David Fincher. Those are great monster movies, but they’re not just monster movies. They’re about humanity trapped between our primordial, parasitic past and our artificial intelligence future—and they’re both trying to kill us. Here you have human beings and they can’t go forward and they can’t go back. So I find that really interesting.”
When asked if the movie would be about Ripley: “It’s not a Ripley story. She’s one of the great characters of all time, and I think the story has been told pretty perfectly, and I don’t want to mess with it. It’s a story that’s set on Earth also. The alien stories are always trapped… Trapped in a prison, trapped in a space ship. I thought it would be interesting to open it up a little bit so that the stakes of “What happens if you can’t contain it?” are more immediate.” Wasn’t there an AVP film that took place on Earth? Two of them?
“Deadly things that can’t be contained and the whole world at risk? Sounds relevant to the past year.
On some level it’s also a story about inequality. You know, one of the things that I love about the first movie is how ’70s a movie it is, and how it’s really this blue collar space-trucker world in which Yaphet Kotto and Harry Dean Stanton are basically Waiting for Godot. They’re like Samuel Beckett characters, ordered to go to a place by a faceless nameless corporation. The second movie is such an ’80s movie, but it’s still about grunts. Paul Reiser is middle management at best. So, it is the story of the people you send to do the dirty work.”
How does that relate to your series?
In mine, you’re also going to see the people who are sending them. So you will see what happens when the inequality we’re struggling with now isn’t resolved. If we as a society can’t figure out how to prop each other up and spread the wealth, then what’s going to happen to us? There’s that great Sigourney Weaver line to Paul Reiser where she says, “I don’t know which species is worse. At least they don’t fuck each other over for a percentage.”
When asked about his new book taking place in the real world: “Our world has fractured, and all those characters exist. I could tell you that they’re not real, but the whole point is that there are Americans who believe that angels are walking among us, you know? There’s been a huge resurgence of the UFO conversation, and part of the trauma that some people felt in these last couple of elections is that we’d shifted into somebody else’s reality. In 2020, there was a sense that the shift has gone the other way, and now all the people who were living in Trump’s America realized they were actually now living in a different America. How does the mind process that, you know?”

Flying Dinosaurs Sightings Are On The Rise in North Carolina
“Cryptozoologist Jonathan Whitcomb (author of the books ‘Modern Pterosaurs‘, ‘Searching for Ropens and Finding God‘, and ‘Beat That Kid in Chess‘) recently published an article about the creatures, including new pterodactyl sightings in North Carolina. He commented, “my associates and I believe that these are non-extinct pterosaurs, what many persons would call ‘pterodactyls’ or ‘flying dinosaurs.’”
“Cynthia Lee, who has been studying to become a veterinary technician, reported to Whitcomb an apparent pterosaur that she saw on Thursday, January 4, in Raleigh. She was sure that the flying creature had no feathers, but it did have a long tail with a “diamond shaped bulb at the end of the tail.” It also had a head crest. She also spotted the creature last week following Wednesday’s snow. Lee was taking an Uber ride to work when she saw the same crested creature out the window. The driver did not see it. Her recent sightings in Raleigh weren’t the first occasions someone in Cynthia’s family had seen an apparent pterosaur. She told Whitcomb about a sighting many years earlier: “My mother and uncle saw one too while they were playing outside of my grandma’s house when they were really little. They told grandma but she didn’t believe it. I thought they were extinct . . .” Since she has seen for herself, however, Cynthia no longer believes that they are all extinct.”
Whitcomb also wrote an extensive article on livepterosaurs.com, which includes several additional NC sightings;
In Charlotte, N.C., a man and his cousin saw something bringing to his mind the word “dragon.” The man said “It looked like what I had seen in a Jurassic Park movie.”
In Asheville, N.C., a lady saw a “huge” black winged creature fly very low over her car. It had no feathers but “sharp edges” to its features.
In Jacksonville, N.C., an eyewitness saw something “huge” flying in the sky: “It looked like a pale greenish white and smooth-skinned. It didn’t appear to have any feathers, and it had the tail with the diamond shape on the end.”
North Carolina is considered by many cryptozoologists to be one of America’s 7 pterosaur ‘hot spot’ states.”
“Matt Cartmill, professor emeritus of evolutionary anthropology at Duke University, said that it’s not impossible for there to be living pterosaurs today, but it is highly unlikely. “I can’t believe that if there were living pterosaurs in North America, three centuries of naturalists, explorers, farmers, hunters, trappers and biologists would never have run across a single specimen, living or dead,” Cartmill told Raleigh’s News and Observer. “I’d rank it as being slightly more probable than living unicorns in Raleigh and Durham. But only slightly.””

The Actual 1949 Diary of the Priest Who Inspired the 1973 Film: The Exorcist
Thursday, April 7
At XXXXXXXX, R was normal all day. He worked in the afternoon, spaded a little and cut the lawn. But the evening spell lasted for five hours, from 9:15 PM to 2:15 AM.
1) Branding: R was awake. During the exorcism at the “Praecipio” at least twenty brands appeared on R’s body. Many occurred at the name of Jesus as he recited the Hail Mary. The first mark was clearly a number “4”. Some other marks may have been the number “4” also, but were obscure. Mother marks: single stroke, double stroke, seemingly a pitch fork, several times four strokes or claw marks of various lengths on belly or legs. One set of such claw marks from thigh to ankle tearing off a scab near the ankle. When these marks occurred, the boy’s hands were kept away from his body. One branding occurred on his leg just as he started to lie down after the preceding mark had been observed. Most of the branding occurred under his clothing or at least under the sheet covering him.
2) Spitting, violence.
3) Singing: humming the “Ave Maria.”
4) Filthy talk.
5) Writing on his own body with fingernail the words “Hell” and “Christ” in large capital letters.
6) Through R the devil said he would keep the Priests until 6 a.m. He made this statement at 2 a.m. when everyone was fagged out. He said he would prove his threat by having 4 awaken immediately. R awoke with a start, but the Fathers were (unintelligible) when sound sleep came fifteen minutes after 2 a.m. It (??) throughout the possession that whenever R was completely (??) god permitted him to go off to sleep and…(???)
Friday, April (8)
R was normal all day. There was a five-hour session in the night from 8:15 p.m. to (??) a.m.
1) Began when R was alone in the bathroom, a few minutes after the Priests (??). Two and one-quarter hours of great physical violence. Half hour of crying. This continued with shorter spells until 1:20 a.m.: violence, spitting, nonsense jumbling of Latin questions, singing Blue Danube, Ave Maria, and so forth. There was filthy talk and movements and filthy attacks on those at the bedside concerning masturbation and contraceptives, sexual relations of Priests and Nuns.
2) Irritated and impatient after the long struggle. Fathers Hughes and Canning arrived with the Blessed Sacrament about 11 p.m. the house was blessed by Father Hughes. R twice threw pillow in direction of the Blessed Sacrament. He took one sedative spat it out, then finally swallowed it.
The True Story that Inspired The Exorcist 1 The Possession of Ronald Doe - It was the Aunt that turned the dear boy! With ouija boards!
The True Story that Inspired The Exorcist 2 The Exorcism of Ronald Doe - Details the various attempts of exorcisms by Priests. Blood was drawn. Legend has it.
The Exorcism of Ronald Hunkeler
On January 26, 1949, Ronald’s aunt, called “Aunt Tillie” in the diary but called Harriett in other sources, who had a deep interest in spiritualism and had introduced Roland to the Ouija Board, died of multiple sclerosis at the age of 54.
He was removed in the middle of his eighth grade year in January 1949 and re-enrolled in the eighth grade at Bladensburg Junior High for the 1949-50 school year. From the fall of 1950 until June 1954 he attended Gonzaga High School in Washington, D.C.
One of Ronald Edwin Hunkeler’s contemporaries and neighborhood friends submitted himself to an interview with Opsasnick to discuss the case under the grant of animity. JC, as he is referred to by Opsasnick, stated:
No, I don’t think he was ever possessed. I think it was psychological. As far as any real possession or anything like that, I don’t think so. There are some interesting psychological aspects to it. They were German Lutherans and he was an only child and I think the grandmother is actually the central figure. She played a very influential role in all of this. You had this old world religion superstition and the mother got caught up in it and the father just kind of stayed in the background—I think he could see what was going on which is why he is never mentioned. The true story is much more intriguing from a psychological point of view. The basis of the real thing could be a damn good story, no doubt about it in my mind. The rest of it I can run a parallel. You had these two mischief makers that had a strong tendency to take advantage of people who were weaker than themselves. They were a pair of connivers and they had their act down. In pairs like that they compete with each other and they don’t get along well and they have to keep doing something to retain their relationship and all the time this is mischief in one form or another. They were trying to outdo each other.
16 March 1949
Archbishop Joseph E. Ritter gave Father Bowdern permission to begin the formal rite of exorcism.
The first of the second series of exorcisms is performed at the Normandy, Missouri home.
A number of priest were in attendance including:
Bowdern as chief exorcist,
Rev. Walter Halloran as the assistant exorcist (but he was removed before the final exorcism)
Father Lawrence Kenny
And Father Charles O'Hara of Marquette University.
During the exorcism:
Hunkeler becomes violent, spits at the priests, with howls and growls.
The bed shakes.
Allegedly, word such as “Satan” and “devil” appear on chest as scratches.
4 April 1949
In brief trip back to Maryland by train, Hunkeler becomes violent and attacks Father Bowdern, kicking him in the testicles.

Demoniac: Who Is Roland Doe, the Boy Who Inspired The Exorcist?
An expose by JD Sword, the voice behind the Devil in the Details podcast. The podcast spends a thorough time debunking the claims of exorcism in the case of Ronald Doe. He traces the path off the backs of previous investigative journalists. To sum up, Ronald was a boy who was full of shit legend has it that would fake exorcisms to get his folks to do stuff. Sword makes the connection that maybe the parents we’re in on it, with the father being a handyman he may have built a device to make knocking noises. A fine example of a pseudoskepitcal deep dive, calling in to questions locations, time frames, the types of hauntings, and the second hand accounts. But who JD identifies as the boy is fascinating.
What really happened to Ronald Hunkeler, who inspired ‘The Exorcist’
“Ronald Edwin Hunkeler was a NASA engineer who patented a special technology to make space shuttle panels resistant to extreme heat, helping the Apollo missions of the 1960s that put US astronauts on the moon in 1969.”
“For decades he was known only by the pseudonyms “Roland Doe” or “Robbie Mannheim.” His identity has been something of an open secret among the community of Jesuits who were close to the priests who participated in his exorcisms and a handful of academics and reporters who studied the phenomenon beginning in the mid-1970s.”
“In March 1949, the family’s minister, the Rev. Luther Schulze, wrote to Duke University’s Parapsychology Lab about what was going on with Hunkeler, detailing how “chairs moved with him and one threw him out [of it]. His bed shook whenever he was in it.” The reverend also cited the family’s stories of tables overturning, their floors being “scarred from the sliding of heavy furniture” and, in one, how a “picture of Christ on the wall shook” when Hunkeler was nearby.”
““The Exorcist” — both the movie and the 1971 novel it’s based on — was written by William Peter Blatty, who first heard about the demonic possession of a 14-year-old boy around 1949, while he was a senior at Georgetown University. Eugene Gallagher, one of his professors and a priest at the Jesuit college, told Blatty, a New York native, about the extraordinary story of the boy who was believed to be in the throes of demonic possession, but had been saved through a series of exorcisms. Hunkeler was born in 1935 and grew up in a middle-class family in Cottage City, Md.
